Sales Streamlining for a Startup Product with 21-Day Trial

we worked with a startup aiming to optimize sales for their product. The sales process involved a 21-day trial, and at the end, sales personnel needed to determine if clients continued as paying customers. Repetitive tasks and emails in this process were automated within Pipedrive. Additionally, I integrated Intercom software with Pipedrive using an automation tool to seamlessly move deals to a won status when a client registered, enhancing efficiency and allowing sales agents to focus on core tasks. Problem Identification:
  1. Repetitive Sales Process: The sales journey involved repetitive tasks and emails for each potential client during the 21-day trial.
  2. Manual Deal Management: The manual transition of deals in Pipedrive, especially after client registration, led to inefficiencies, time wastage, and potential errors.
Solution Implemented: I addressed these challenges by implementing a solution that automated key aspects of the sales process:
  • Automated Sales Tasks:
    • Identified and automated repetitive tasks and emails within Pipedrive to streamline the sales process for each potential client.
  • Intercom Integration:
    • Integrated Intercom software with Pipedrive using an automation tool to facilitate seamless deal management.
    • Automated the transition of deals to a won status in Pipedrive when a client registered, reducing manual efforts.
Outcome: The implemented solution resulted in a more efficient sales process, reducing the burden of repetitive tasks on sales agents. The integration of Intercom with Pipedrive enhanced deal management, ensuring a smooth transition to a won status when clients registered. This automation freed up valuable time for sales agents, allowing them to focus on crucial aspects of client interaction and decision-making. This project highlights my capability to identify bottlenecks in sales processes, implement targeted automation solutions, and enhance overall efficiency for startup companies.
