Enhancing Real Estate Broker Recruitment and Onboarding
We collaborated with a real estate broker facing challenges in recruiting new agents and streamlining their onboarding process. They encountered inefficiencies in multiple processes, experienced lapses in email communication, and had a challenging onboarding system in Google Sheets. I redesigned the recruitment process, introduced Pipedrive projects for clear onboarding management, utilized templates, and implemented automation to streamline the end-to-end process from lead to a successful deal. Additionally, I introduced automation for both won and lost deals.
