Optimizing Email Marketing for Digital Marketing Agency
We collaborated with a digital marketing agency dissatisfied with their CRM system.
Their process involved acquiring clients through an email marketing strategy initiated when a person submitted their email on the website. The automated sequence included informative emails on marketing strategies and personalized offers.
The client's interaction, either through email responses or lack of, determined their journey within the sequence.
I redesigned the sales process in Pipedrive, introduced Pipedrive campaigns for email management, and implemented smart triggers based on client interactions. Additionally, I provided reports for performance evaluation and the flexibility to adjust emails that weren't yielding desired results.
