We collaborated with a digital marketing agency dissatisfied with their CRM system. I redesigned the sales process in Pipedrive, introduced Pipedrive campaigns for email management, and implemented smart triggers based on client interactions. Additionally, I provided reports for performance evaluation and the flexibility to adjust emails that weren't yielding desired results. Challenges:
