
Elevating Customer Experience and Efficiency for Kitchen Building Company
We spearheaded the transformation of a kitchen building company's operations, addressing issues of disorganization and inefficiency stemming from the use of Excel sheets. The company grappled with an overwhelming number of requests and lacked a structured process for following up on each client stage. Additionally, recognizing the significance of creating a superior client experience during and after the sale, I initiated a redesign that commenced with an external automation.
This automation seamlessly transitioned new prospects, generated from email requests of the designer, to follow up on meetings and ultimately culminated in a deal on Pipedrive, marking the initiation of the selling process with the client.
