Transformative Sales Process Implementation for Legal Firm

We undertook a project with a legal firm facing challenges in sales effectiveness. The existing use of Google Sheets by numerous sales agents yielded poor results for the owner. Manual work was extensive, and leads from various sources required laborious data entry. I designed and implemented a sales process in Pipedrive, automating repetitive tasks, seamlessly integrating lead sources, and introducing Business Intelligence (BI) reports for comprehensive sales performance tracking. Challenges:
